The Administration consists of the following divisions and offices:

  1. Planning Division
  2. Incident Notification and Response Division
  3. Training Division
  4. Cyber Security Audit Division
  5. Regulation and International Cooperation Division

  9. Budget, Accounting and Statistics Office

The functions of the Planning Division are as follows:

  1. Drafting, planning, and implementing national cyber security policies
  2. Planning, coordinating, promoting, supervising, and evaluating national cyber security plans and resource allocation
  3. Planning, implementing, managing, and assessing the Administration’s yearly policy plans, medium-term plans and individual project plans
  4. Planning, coordinating, and promoting government agency cyber security and workforce allocation
  5. Assessing and evaluating government agency and government enterprise cyber security works
  6. Assessing and evaluating the Administration’s performance 
  7. Promoting and managing the Administration’s digital application environment
  8. Other works relating to planning

The functions of the Incident Notification and Response Division are as follows:

  1. Reporting and responding to cyber security incidents and evaluating performance
  2. Planning and promoting cyber security threat detection and defense mechanisms
  3. Planning and promoting national cyber security intelligence sharing mechanisms
  4. Coordinating cyber security incident investigations
  5. Supporting and coordinating tech crime investigations
  6. Researching and analyzing cyber security threat situations
  7. Other works relating to cyber security notification and response

The functions of the Training Division are as follows:

  1. Planning, guiding, and promoting cyber security governance maturity evaluation
  2. Planning, promoting, and implementing critical infrastructure cyber security management and defense mechanisms
  3. Planning and promoting cyber security personnel training
  4. Planning, promoting and implementing cyber security competence standards
  5. Planning, drafting and reviewing specific government cyber security training facilities and faculty training regulations
  6. Planning and promoting cyber security awareness popularization and promotional strategies
  7. Other works relating to cyber security training

The functions of the Cyber Security Audit Division are as follows:

  1. Planning and promoting Cyber Security Management Act subject audits
  2. Planning and promoting government agency contractors and specific project cyber security audits
  3. Planning and promoting cyber security technical inspections
  4. Planning and promoting cyber security offensive and defensive exercises, evaluating performance
  5. Other works relating to cyber security auditing

The functions of the Regulation and International Cooperation Division are as follows:

  1. Planning, promoting, and coordinating cyber security regulations
  2. Researching and analyzing international cyber security regulations, policies, and organizations
  3. Planning and promoting international cyber security cooperation strategies
  4. Assisting with overseas mission cyber security auditing and evaluating performance
  5. Planning and coordinating international cyber security offensive and defensive exercises
  6. Other works relating to regulations and international cooperation

The functions of the Secretariat are as follows:

  1. Safekeeping seals and managing documents and files
  2. meetings, accounting, finances, maintenance, and purchases
  3. Obtaining, managing, and allocating the Administration’s real estate properties, including offices
  4. Managing workers (including technicians and drivers)
  5. Planning, drafting, implementing, managing, and evaluating contact with the Legislative Yuan, local governments, and the media
  6. Works not relating to other divisions and offices

The Personnel Office is responsible for the Administration’s personnel.

The Civil Service Ethics Office is responsible for the Administration's civil service ethics.

The Budget, Accounting and Statistics Office is responsible for the Administration’s annual budgets, accounting, and statistics.
