The Ministry of Digital Affairs (moda) is led by one Minister who oversees the moda's affairs, and directs and supervises subordinate staff members and agencies; three Deputy Ministers who assist the Minister with the moda's affairs; and one Secretary General.

The moda includes six implementation units, six supporting units, and two third-level agencies, supervises one administrative corporation, and manages three foundations.
