Considering the constant development of communications network systems and technologies, and with the objective of building resilient environments for them, the Ministry of Digital Affairs formulates relevant technical regulations, ensuring that the telecommunications networks and system settings meet basic requirements. In light of this, the Ministry compiles and analyzes relevant technical requirements and regulations, as well as relevant information on communications equipment, from other nations, which serves as an invaluable reference for the future planning and amendments of domestic regulations and technical standards, ultimately guiding Taiwan to become an advanced digital economy and broadband society.
