Telecom Technology Center Supervision
The Ministry manages and supervises foundations according to the Government Foundations Act and Regulations on the Establishment and Supervision of Ministry of Digital Affairs-Managed Government Foundations (pending). Actions include publishing information and on-site inspections. The Telecom Technology Center is a foundation established with government subsidies, and according to article 2 the center’s charter of endowment, its purpose is to comply with telecommunications policies and enhance telecommunications technologies by supporting telecommunications supervision, conducting technical and industrial research, providing equipment certification services, and assisting with setting and regulating technical standards. Additionally, the center also facilitates exchanges and collaborations with international telecommunications organizations, as well as protects consumer rights to further the development of the telecommunications industry and transaction security on the market.
