Frequency Use Application
- When competent authorities release specific radio frequencies, announce designated frequency use, user eligibility, obligations, and other conditions and limitations according to Article 54 of the Telecommunications Management Act. Telecommunication operators may apply to use the radio frequency by submitting application forms, radio frequency use plans, and proof of eligibility to the competent authorities per the announcement.
- The "Requirements Concerning Applications of Telecommunications Enterprises for the Assignment of Radio Frequencies" regulates announcement information, application and assignment procedures, and application fees, to provide a basis for the application, review, and assignment process.
