Resource Use Fee Management
- Considering radio frequencies are a type of scarce public resource, charging a reasonable fee for using radio frequencies can increase efficiency of their use and promote fairness in allocation. Therefore, the "Standards for the Usage Fees of Radio Frequency" was set according to Article 64 of the Telecommunications Management Act and relevant regulations in the Charges and Fees Act to clearly define frequency use fees and payment methods.
- To promote the efficient and reasonable use of telecommunications numbers, the "Regulations for Usage Fees of Telecommunications Numbers" was set according to Article 69 of the Telecommunications Management Act and relevant regulations in the Charges and Fees Act.
