Digital Industry Cross-Domain Software Foundation and Digital Service Leapfrogging Project: Public Service Announcement for the Computing Power Platform

To continuously enhance Taiwan's digital competitiveness and build digital infrastructure for cross-domain industrial cooperation, the Administration for Digital Industries, moda has established "Computing Power Platform" public digital services through this project. This initiative aims to support domestic information service providers and startups in deepening AI technologies and accelerating the development of intelligent application services.

I. Project Purposes and Objectives

The core of this project lies in providing basic computing power support and encouraging businesses to utilize public digital service resources to achieve the following goals:

• Deepening AI Technology: Lowering the computational threshold for businesses to develop AI models.
• Developing Intelligent Applications: Promoting the leapfrogging of competitive digital services.
• Cross-Domain Software Foundation: Establishing shared digital infrastructure for the industry to facilitate cross-domain innovative cooperation.

The new version of the application instructions and operational regulations is expected to be officially announced in late-May 2026.
