According to the Administration’s rules governing the functions and assignments, there are five divisions under the Administration’s jurisdiction, with responsibilities as follows:

Policy Planning Division:

3. Planning and promoting digital economy-related industry talent cultivation
4. Planning, implementing, and managing the Administration’s yearly, medium-term plans and individual project plans
5. Digital economy-related international exchange and cooperation affairs
6. Other works relating to policy planning, promotion, and management

Communications Division:

1. Guiding, awarding, and promoting communication-related industry development
2. Guiding and promoting innovative commercial communication application service
3. Guiding and promoting cooperation between communication infrastructure providers and application fields
4. Planning, guiding, and promoting communication application service interdisciplinary cooperation
5. Other works relating to promoting and managing communication industry development

Platform Economy Division:

1. Planning and implementing platform economy development measures
2. Drafting and amending platform economy-related laws and regulations
