This project aims to establish the AgePass platform, a senior learning and social resources platform that seamlessly connects policy and welfare information related to the elderly, resources for learning and social activities, and daily life support services. Through this platform, helpers can reduce the burden of information searches, enhance the quality of care and attention provided to the elderly, and encourage healthy and semi-healthy seniors to participate in community learning and social activities. The goal is to maintain social engagement, promote healthy aging in the community, and meet the needs of elderly care demand to drive the development of new business models in the aging technology industry.

The aim of this program is to construct Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) to facilitate collaborative innovation between public and private sector organizations. It entails establishing three key foundations: AI computility, data, and code. Meanwhile, it build the working mechanism of the digital procurement.

The project encourages System Integration (SI) companies to develop easy-to-use SaaS solutions, assisting micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises in enhancing their digital competitiveness through the use of SaaS solutions.

Establishing and promoting product specifications and industry standards, performing software testing, and maintaining platform services and mechanisms will enable the public sector to purchase software products with reasonable prices and quality.
