The aim of this program is to construct Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) to facilitate collaborative innovation between public and private sector organizations. It entails establishing three key foundations: AI computility, data, and code. This initiative aims to accelerate the development of digital services and reduce investment costs on software development efforts. Meanwhile, it build the working mechanism of the digital procurement, expand opportunities for digital service providers, and create an environment conducive to industrial development.
