Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA) Program
Aligned with the National Development Goals of promoting innovative tech talent, the TCA program implements the 3C strategy to facilitate global talent circulation. TCA connects domestic and international industries, academic institutions, and research organizations to advocate for and participate in international talent cultivation and exchange. Additionally, TCA aims to help Taiwanese talents become globally integrated and digitally proficient. Ultimately, the program seeks to elevate Taiwan's industries to the global stage by preparing more international talents in Taiwan.
- Circulation: TCA not only enhances the digital skills of international students in Taiwan and broadens the global perspectives of Taiwanese talent, but also encourages international students to stay and work in Taiwan in order to foster a sustainable cycle of talent internationalization in Taiwan.
- Cultivation: TCA establishes the "TCA Online Academy" platform to provide courses and forums on digital skills, workplace soft skills, and cultural topics. The goal is to cultivate industry-ready international talent and enhance the global competitiveness of Taiwan's industries.
- Connection: TCA organizes international job fairs to help match foreign job seekers with enterprises, addressing the demand for international digital talent.
