Taiwan Wins 10 ASOCIO Awards at ASOCIO 2025 Digital Summit

The ASOCIO Digital Summit was held in Taipei on November 11, bringing together more than 400 representatives from 17 Asia-Oceanian economies across industry, government, academia, and research sectors for a two-day event.
During the evening ceremony, the winners of the prestigious “ASOCIO Awards” —renowned as known as the “Asian Cup of the ICT Industry” —were announced. Taiwan won ten honors that underscore its strong capabilities in intelligent applications and digital innovation.

This year’s competition featured 87 submissions from 24 member economies, with recipients selected from 12 economies. Taiwan excelled across multiple fields, securing awards in categories including AI applications, digital governance, health technology, cybersecurity, and sustainability.

Among the honorees, WiAdvance Technology Co. received the Global Business Service Award for its project “AI-Driven Transformation in Enterprise and Healthcare,” while imedtac Co., Ltd. earned the HealthTech Award for its “Comprehensive IoMT Healthcare System for Primary Care.”

Additionally, CyCraft Technology won the Cybersecurity Award for “XecGuard-Trustworthy Large Language Models by Design.”

In the areas of sustainability and AI applications, M-Power Information Co., Ltd. secured the ESG Award for its “CarbonKeeper” solution, and Taiwan AI Cloud won the AI Service Provider Award for its “AI Foundry Service.”
HGiga Inc. received the Outstanding Tech Company Award for “AutoPark Sense: AI-Driven Smart Parking Fee Solution,” and Ai3.co captured the Start-Up Award for “AI-Enabled Smart Customer Service for Higher Efficiency and Satisfaction.”

At the institutional level, the Service Systems Technology Center (SSTC) of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) was honored with the Talent Development Award for “Building a Talent Incubation Hub for Culture and Technology.”

In the public sector, the Information Management Center of the New Taipei City Government received the Digital Government Award for its “AI-Driven Trend Observation and Alert System,” while the Kaohsiung City Government won the Outstanding Digital Transformation Organization Award for its “5D Digital Twin Smart City Platform for Public Works Management and Decision Support.”

The Administration for Digital Industries (ADI), MODA emphasized that as AI technology continues to advance accelerate worldwide, Taiwan must maintain active international dialogue and collaboration to stay at the forefront of technological governance, practical applications, and industrial transformation. ADI reaffirmed its commitment to cultivating a resilient innovation environment through policy development, legal frameworks, and the integration of talent and resources. By leveraging international organizations, Taiwan aims to strengthen its role and influence in the global AI ecosystem, positioning itself as a key partner in driving the world’s digital progress.
