Align with the National Development Goals on promoting innovative tech talents, TCA program develops the 3C strategy to facilitate talent circulation worldwide. TCA connects both domestic and international industry, academic and research institutes to participate and advocate for international talent cultivation and exchange as well as to attract more international talents to Taiwan.
In order to promote the development of 5G vertical applications, ADI ,from 2022 to 2024, has took "the formulation of 5G dedicated frequency private network regulations and measures”, and "promoted and assisted the development of 5G dedicated frequency private network industry" as the main axes of promotion, and established the "Mobile Broadband Private Network Promote Office".
The procurement of 5G infrastructure has introduced cybersecurity requirements and so does the 5G private network in vertical application. However, the crucial 5G cybersecurity technology is still possessed by the international cybersecurity industry. Therefore, the goal of this project aims to develop 5G cybersecurity compliance testing, proactive protection and security control technology in order to strengthen the 5G system is secured, robust and resilience.
This programs is committed to serving as the development enabler for the innovative application of communication technology or data innovative application, and integrating communication industry operators, vertical application operators, information and communication equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and related ministries and civil society, etc. to complete the foundation for communication innovation applications, develop people-oriented application services and innovate business models as well as realize global cross-border applications.
This project cooperates cross-ministerially, assisting fields like National Chiang Kai-Shek Cultural Center and Kaohsiung Exhibition Center facilitates 5G innovative services, such as performance software, service-system structural planning, and integration service buisness model within 5G private network environment. By annualy providing performances or exibitions, and collecting user experience feedback, this project continues to improve each performance solution and commercial technique.
Develop 5G systems, Collaborate industry resource to provide cross-domain services.
The two main approaches of the program are infusing “industries with AI” and “industrializing AI.” The program thus enhances smart system solutions for applications in niche areas, accelerating the development of a smart service ecosystem and helping Taiwanese businesses meet the global smart system economy.
The program strives provide training to professional AI talents to address industries’ demands, cultivating talents for industry smart technology infusion and innovative applications with artificial intelligence as the core.
Build a base environment for digital innovation, assist the domestic digital game industry, and create a friendly and high-quality business environment.
Promote the smart learning industry’s internationalization and expansion by developing education technology and environment, introducing innovative teaching and cultivation methods, consolidating industry services, and exporting to the world, thus enhancing the international competitiveness and reputation of Taiwan's smart learning industry.
Promoting 5 major themes to demonstrate “critical infrastructure”, “smart manufacturing”, “smart green energy”, “semiconductor” and “IoT equipment,” and assisting industries with cybersecurity products testing through cyber offensive and defensive exercises.Hosting lectures, seminars, workshops, and competitions to strengthen participants’ competence and to seek potential new talents. Arranging matching and exchange events to enable collaboration of cybersecurity industries and industrial cybersecurity personnel.
The program enhances industries’ cyber security resilience with the three focuses on “promoting industry cyber security defense and response mechanism,” “reinforcing information and communication industry product cyber security,” and “enhancing solution export performance.” By strengthening information and communication industry products’ cyber security and developing independent solutions, the program strives to build a cyber security industry capable of supporting a digital country’s economy and security.
