AI Talent Training Program
AI Talent Training Program: Goals and Implementation Results
This program is dedicated to shortening the gap between industry and academia. Through training in core artificial intelligence technologies, it cultivates intelligent talent with technology integration and innovative application capabilities, accelerating the process of AI adoption across domestic industries.
I. Core Cultivation Model
The program adopts a "Dual-Track" parallel model that combines international resources with practical validation to cultivate deep talent expertise:
- Curriculum Training (Learning through Courses):
- Introducing learning resources from global tech giants to collaboratively train AI seed instructors and specialized application talent.
- Utilizing international digital teaching materials and expert faculty to significantly enhance the professional capabilities of trainees.
- Integrating online community-based learning platforms to provide a borderless and uninterrupted educational environment.
- Industry-Proposed Challenges x Talent-Driven Solutions (Learning by Doing):
- Adopting a problem-oriented approach: participants apply theory through hands-on problem-solving.
- Conducting call-for-proposals and competitions, inviting talent teams to develop innovative AI solutions specifically designed to address industrial pain points.
II. Target Participants
This program is open to everyone. We welcome all talent interested in AI applications to participate:
- Students: Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral students from colleges and universities.
- Professionals: Individuals with a foundation in data analysis, AI technology, or industrial problem-solving capabilities.
How to Participate: Complete registration and proposal submission according to the guidelines announced on the program website. Participation in the competition is subject to preliminary and final selection reviews.
III. Implementation Results
This program concluded in December 2025. The experience gained from the project will be integrated to formulate future policies and implementation directions.
